Terms of Use – Adabi Club

Welcome to Adabi Club (النادي الأدبي). By using or registering on the platform, you agree to the terms below, so please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance and changes

Browsing the platform or enrolling in its courses means you have read, understood and accepted these terms. Adabi Club may amend them at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, such as your name and email address.


• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.


• Each account is for the personal use of one learner. Sharing login details or a subscription with anyone else is not allowed.


• An account may be used on a maximum of two devices.

3. Subscriptions and courses

• A subscription or course purchase gives you access to the content for personal use, according to the terms and duration of the plan or course.


• We may update and improve course content to maintain the quality of learning.


• You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Automatic renewal

• Monthly subscription plans (Silver, Gold and Diamond) are paid by card. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month, charging the plan price plus VAT to the same card, until you cancel.


• You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your subscription page using the “Manage subscription & renewal” button. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again after cancelling.


• If a renewal payment fails, it will be retried over the following days. If it still fails, your subscription stops until you update your card details.


• You may request a full refund within 7 days of any payment, under our refund policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including the curriculum, lessons, videos, exercises, quizzes, designs and logos, is the exclusive property of Adabi Club and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, republishing, distributing or exploiting any part of it without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Rules of conduct

• Be courteous and respectful in comments, forums and all communication on the platform.


• Posting offensive or unlawful content, content that goes against the values of the learning community, or using communication tools for anything other than learning is prohibited.


• Adabi Club may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules without prior notice and without refund.

6. Privacy

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running reliably and at a high standard, but we are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control or temporary interruptions for maintenance.
