About the course
Adabi Club’s Grade 6 Arabic course is built on our own curriculum, designed to teach Arabic through understanding and practice rather than memorisation. This course takes Grade 6 students to a deeper stage of learning Arabic: understanding and analysing texts, linking grammar to real use, appreciating literature and writing complete compositions.
What will your child learn?
- Reading and deep comprehension: varied literary and informational texts, with questions that build inference, analysis and critical thinking.
- Functional grammar and morphology: rules linked to real use in reading and writing, not memorised in isolation.
- Literary appreciation: reading poetry and prose, discovering their beauty and expressing a personal view.
- Writing: from the paragraph to the complete composition, across several writing types.
- Spelling and handwriting: advanced spelling skills, mastery of Naskh and an introduction to Ruq’a script.
- Speaking and listening: oral presentation and discussion in Standard Arabic, and critical listening.
How we teach
- Understanding before memorising: every lesson follows three steps: I show you, we practise together, then you try on your own.
- Clear video lessons students can replay whenever they need.
- Interactive exercises with instant feedback, so students see and fix their mistakes straight away.
- Graded questions that move from recall to understanding, inference and critical thinking.
- Learning at the right pace: every student progresses at their own speed and repeats what they need until they master it.
Please note
Lessons in this course are being released progressively, and enrolled students get every new lesson as soon as it is published at no extra cost.
